Because of poverty Srilankans are forced to perform certain toilet activities in public as anyone travelling on an early morning train on the coast line would have noticed.
We are made to believe that this guy was doing something on those lines.
We don't believe it!
We think he is an illicit gem prospector who has inadvertantly hit a sewer.
