Hopefully we might see a happy ending like in the Tom & Jerry 'toons!

The above cartoon appeared on the electronic version of the Daily Mirror on the 23 rd of Feb 2002 (H-Day plus 1) without a caption or speech ballons.
This was too much for us at SCN and we decided to add the speech bubbles (left).
(We could of course tailor-make speech ballons for you which is the same thing as stage managing and therefore comes under histrionics...)
We do apologise to the unidentified cartoonist who probably is under editorial control and draws what he is asked to draw.
Hopefully we might see a happy ending like in the Tom & Jerry 'toons!
